How much sleep do you get?

I would like to research something. I am curious to see how much sleep the average person gets. National studies say we should all get at least 8 hours of sleep a day but how many of us actually follow that guideline. Personally Im really good with getting at least 8 hours of sleep a day and only occasionally feel really tired when I wake up. I feel that Im probably a minority, but you never know. Let me know.

  2. I am usually in bed by about 10:30pm and asleep pretty soon after that. I get up at 6:00am. So I guess that means I get about 8 hours sleep.

  3. I tend to get 6-8, sometimes 10 and if I've been up all night only around 2-3, yet still feel great for a while after waking up.

  5. I try to get around 6-8 hours but i sometimes i go days without any sleep seeing as how i'm a insomniac.

  8. I can function with anywhere from 3 to 11 hours of sleep. Can't do more than 2 days at 3 hours of sleep though

  10. Dont get enough sleep maybe like 4 hrs and 2 of them being REM

  11. I try to aim for 8-9 hours. I can only do 5-7 hours though.

  12. I generally try to get at least 9 hours, I feel slow and groggy if I don't and tend to slack. It sucks being groggy all day.
